At Spree, we have been using the lock-down to prepare our hotels for a renewed focus on health and hygiene, to ensure we are fully prepared for our guests!
- Our entire team is trained in WHO certified procedures for sanitising the entire property.
- All staff will be wearing masks and gloves at all times. We monitor all staff upon entry by checking their temperature.
- The Aarogya Setu App is enabled in all the staff mobile and is monitored.
- Our entire hotel will be practicing social distancing, including in restaurants and waiting areas. We have reconfigured our hotel to ensure minimal inconvenience and maximum safety to our guests.
- We screen all guests upon entry using infrared thermometers. Sanitisers will be available at all critical points to ensure your safety. Guests’ luggage will be sanitised as well.
- All guests will be wearing masks across our hotel, and we provide the same to check-in guests if required.
- In-room dining will be provided using disposable ware and served in a contactless manner to ensure maximum safety.
- Our breakfast will be served on your table, with a variety of hot and cold items from a table d’hôte daily menu. Before the next service, table-top and chairs shall be Sanitised.
- All our linen, and our guest laundry, will be heat and chemically treated as per WHO standards.
